评析:表面看,这节课是以学生为中心,学生提问,学生回答,学生完全成了课堂的主角。但仔细分析会发现,这节课存在着一个明显的不足:缺乏教师的有效引导,从学生提出的问题来看,许多是虚假的问题,为提问而提问,提的问题质量不高;从学生互问互答的“问答式”教学来看,似乎解决了学生阅读中的问题,实则是繁多的问题淹没了课堂教学的中心,教学重点不突出,学生只见树木不见森林,只抓细枝末节而缺乏整体把握,对文本的学习始终只是浮在表层。这样的生生对话虽热热闹闹但并没有实实在在的内容,学生获益不多,教学质量也就无法保证。在这样的课堂教学中,教师只是作为一个主持人存在,教师的引导作用成了一纸空文。如何做:课堂教学中,教师要承担自己必须承担的责任。既不能因循守旧,也不能完全放手,教师是组织者,也是引导者。其在教学过程中应注意以下两点:(1)精心准备。语文课程标准指出,教师“要认真读书,精心钻研教科书”“应创造性地理解和使用教材”。教师在课前要精心准备,认真研读文本,提高自己的备课水平。不但要备教材,而且要备学生,更要具备在课堂上进行“二度备课”的能力。要依据课程标准和学习内容帮助学生确立学习目标,正确处理教学中完成低层次学习目标与高层创新思维、创新能力培养目标的关系,克服教学中的散漫性、随意性和盲目性。(2)巧妙引导。课堂上以学生为主体是课改的方向,但教师的引领和帮助是必不可少的,绝不能忽视教师“导”的作用。教师要善于从学生多种多样的问题中找到“商机”,要讲究“导”的方法,讲究技巧,该点拨时点拨,该帮助时帮助,要循循善诱,用富有启发性、趣味性的语言来点燃学生思维的火花,引导学生在辨析问题中学会思考,学会探究,学会提出有思考价值的问题,使学生知道应该学什么和怎样学,把学生组织到有效的师生互动、生生互动中来,克服教到哪里算哪里的毛病。新课程课堂教学中,既要强调发挥学生的主体作用,又要坚持对学生的正确引导,尽量减少无效劳动,应把师生有限的时间和精力花在有效的学习活动上。
