     However, other people list some unfavorable effects of private cars.They often create traffic jams; they consume plenty of oil.What's more, they give off enormous waste gases, causing pollution and disease.

      In our view, to develop clean and hybrid fuels may be a good solution to air pollution, because it can 

reduce the emission(排放) of carbon dioxide.In addition, efficient and convenient public transportation

 systems can also discourage people from buying private cars.On the whole, awareness of environment

 protection needs the collective efforts from the government as well as the public.
