I am writing to express my disappointments with an unhappy experience of purchasing an English
dictionary from your website. I was waiting anxiously for the dictionary since the order was made
online. However, so inefficient was the delivery that the dictionary arrived one week late after the
scheduled date. Worse still, I found there were some quality problems, for some pages were missing.
Small incident as it may sound, it did cause a lot of inconvenience to me, a senior grade 3 student.
Therefore, I wish to exchange it for another one or declare a refund and I would appreciate it if my
problem receives due attention.
If a company is blind to the quality of the products and post-sale service, which are essential, it will
pay a high price. I hope you can make improvement and make sure this sort of problem doesn't happen
again.
