Some people like to work independently, while others prefer to work in a team. Which is

better? Recently we have had a heated discussion on the question.

      We have different opinions on this question. Some students are in favor of working independently.

Firstly, independent work can demonstrate the ability of a person.. Secondly, a person's ability can

be improved by working independently.

      However, others think being able to work in a team is more important. Modern society is a

complicated system which requires teamwork, as teamwork provides us with a cooperative, friendly

and enjoyable work environment.

      As far as I'm concerned, I support the view that teamwork is better. An individual person's

knowledge and ability are limited. Teams can be helpful with certain problems and can increase the

efficiency of our work.
