into the habit of smoking.

     Smoking is harmful to your health. First, smoking will definitely cause different kinds of diseases,

such lung cancer. Second, smoking costs too much money and wastes too much time. Besides, it does

great harm not only to smokers themselves but also to non-smokers. This is because secondhand smoke

is even more dangerous.

     There are many ways to help you quit smoking. When you feel like smoking, do something else to

keep your mind and hands busy. Moreover, taking up a new hobby is a good idea. I hope you will quit

smoking as soon as possible.
