I’m writing to apply for permission to be a volunteer working for you in Weihai City.
My name is Li Hua and I’m studying at a senior high school in Weihai. English is my favorite and I’m good at speaking the language. In fact, I was a first-prize winner at last year’s oral English competition at the provincial level. So believe me, I’ll make a wonderful interpreter. Besides, I love sports and enjoy perfect health, which may be important to the volunteer work.
