Chinese government issued a nationwide regulation that smoking is no permitted in public places from January 1, 2011.It required that in-doors public-places must be no-smoking.What’s more,in order to carry it out effectively,putting up signs related to banning smoke was adviced by government.
Up to now ,350million Smokers consisting of 75%male and 25%female are suffering.Among about 540million people influenced by second-hand smoke,the rate of death is over 100 thousand per year.
