One possible version：
Recently ,some media revealed that the Black River has been polluted seriously. The real situation is that some tourists littered waste-paper, plastic-bags and tins everywhere along the bank of the river. Moreover，some small farm restaurants and the factories directly put the emission into the river, which influences the resource of people’s drinking water.
In my view, this condition of the pollution is very dangerous to the Black River water，especially harmful to people’s health. As we all know，the Black River water is rather important to people in Xi’an for drinking and using. So I appeal tourists to protect the environment of the river by not littering. The government should take actions to forbid small restaurants and factories to pollute the water.
