One possible version

In my opinion, /I think listening test should be canceled / cancelled /called off.  Firstly, we seldom have the chance to talk in English, especially / esp. with foreigners.  Secondly, not everyone has to communicate with foreigners in the future.  Moreover /Furthermore /Besides /Also /In addition /What’s more, listening test is unfair to the students in the areas where radio signals cannot be picked up effectively.  And for certain reasons, there is a big difference in teachers and equipment between the countryside and the city.
