Dear Madam,
It’s great that you accepted our invitation, I’m writing to answer your questions about the speech. First of all, there will be 35—40 people to listen to your speech. If possible, we expect you to talk about how you became a writer, the favorite of your own books, and your plans for the future. We would also like to hear about your impression of Morton. At the end of the speech, we would like to have 10 minutes for the listeners to ask you some questions. As for the date, do you think the 21st or 22nd is convenient for you?
