脑出血的一般处理方法：①一般应卧床休息2～4周，保持安静，避免情绪激动和血压升高。严密观察体温、脉搏、呼吸和血压等生命体征，注意瞳孔变化和意识改变。②保持呼吸道通畅，清理呼吸道分泌物或吸入物，如果PaO<60mmHg或PaCO>50mmHg应吸氧，使动脉血氧饱和度维持在90%以上，PaCO保持在25～35mmHg之间，必要时及时行气管插管或切开术；有意识障碍、消化道出血者宜禁食24～48小时，必要时应排空胃内容物。③水、电解质平衡和营养，每日入液量可按尿量+500ml计算，如有高热、多汗、呕吐或腹泻者，可适当增加入液量。维持中心静脉压5～12mmHg或肺楔压在10～14mmHg水平。注意防止低钠血症，以免加重脑水肿。每日补钠50～70mmol/L，补钾40～50mmol／L，糖类13.5～18g，补充热量（6.280～7.536）×10J/d。④调整血糖，血糖过高或过低者，应及时纠正，维持血糖水平在6～9mmol/L。⑤明显头痛、过度烦躁不安者，可酌情适当给予镇静止痛剂；便秘者可选用缓泻剂。
