  【聚焦奥运】(中国江苏网消息)5月23日上午,从全市各行业选拔出的9 名北京奥运会徐州火炬手启程前往苏州。他们将代表900多万徐州人民参与奥运圣火25日上午在江苏境内首站的传递。

  9名火炬手包括丰县女交巡警张敏、《都市晨报》记者王瑜珩、第九届世界技巧锦标赛冠军苏红等。据悉:江苏境内传递火炬手总数为624名。5月25日至27日,北京奥运圣火将在我省传递。届时,徐州火炬手将和其他615 名火炬手一道,高擎奥运火炬,在江苏境内完成传播奥林匹克精神和宣传北京奥运会“科技奥运、人文奥运、绿色奥运”理念的神圣使命。
