is a big company in the USA." However, we all know it is impossible for a green hand (新手). Then you have

to think about the problem heavily. Certainly if you choose to take either of the two sides, you will have your

chance to succeed. Now the problem is which can provide more chances for you.

     I choose to be a big fish in a small pool. A well-known university may provide a high starting point for you,

but a common college offers you chances to practice many skills. During the process, you may improve

yourself, try to know your strong point and find your potential (潜力). What's more, without so many rules in

common colleges, if you are really talented, you have more chances to climb to a higher point. The last point,

being a big fish only in a small pool can give a green hand confidence. It is quite important for success.

     Certainly, you should not be confined (局限) to your small pool and be satisfied with being a big fish there.
