【材料一】 如果非要用一个词语来形容十一月十一日天猫“双十一”的销售状况,那么这个词一定是“疯狂”。根据淘宝实时提供的销售数据,在十一日促销开始十分钟后,淘宝的交易额就突破了2.5亿元,第37分钟交易额突破10亿元,8时10分突破50亿元,仅用了8个小时就超越去年淘宝“双十一”的交易纪录,并且继续快速上升。5小时后,13时38分,交易突破100亿元。21时20分,交易突破170亿元。平均算下来,其每秒就有超过1200万元交易额,以中国4.5亿的网民数量计算,13个小时里,平均每个网民都在“双十一”促销中花了20多元钱。

【材料二】除了价格变化随意,消费者还发现多家电商在此次促销中,明显“雷声大雨点小”,实际折扣并不大,有的商品只便宜了1元。昨天,记者从京东、亚马逊及苏宁这三大电商平台上发现,笔记本、平板电脑、家电产品这类以往重点促销的产品,在此轮价格战中的优惠微乎其微。以一款联想笔记本为例,11月10日这三家电商的报价均为6999元,而昨天除了在亚马逊商场减价了50元,京东和苏宁易购的报价仍为6999元。

【材料三】从凌晨开始,淘宝的支付系统就出了状况,招商银行、建设银行、中国银行、交通银行等多家银行的网上支付先后瘫痪,引得不少熬夜扫货的消费者在网上“吐槽”。而在物流方面,据统计去年“双十一”52亿元的交易金额造就了2200万个快递包裹,也让几乎所有的快递公司全部“爆仓”。而今年仅13个小时,淘宝的交易额就突破了100亿元,即使保守估算也将产生超过5000万个包裹。
