参考答案：是一种冷反应性抗体，常出现于PCH患者血清中。该抗体能结合于几乎所有正常人红细胞均有的P血型抗原，而与I或i抗原无关，是一种冷温双相温度的冷溶血素，具有强烈的溶血作用。当温度降至20℃以下时，该抗体即结合于红细胞表面，补体可加快其结合并被激活，当温度回升至37℃时，导致溶血。
