何谓骨盆轴?试述真骨盆的标记。

骨盆轴即纵贯骨盆腔各平面的假想线,具有一定的屈向,分娩时,胎儿沿此轴线娩出,故又称产轴。真骨盆的标记:

(1)骶岬:在骶骨最上缘,第1骶椎最突出部分,为骨盆人口平面的标志。

(2)坐骨棘:是中骨盆平面的标志。位于坐骨后缘中点突出部分。棘间径正常为10cm。此平面为骨盆腔最狭窄部分,对胎头人盆后之分娩阻滞特别具有重要性。

(3)耻骨弓:由耻骨降支构成,正常角度为90°~100°,为骨盆腔的出口平面的标志。
