(2)试验压力为设计压力的1.5倍。

(3)试验前需要将泡沫产生装置、泡沫比例混合器(装置)隔离。

2.检测方法:管道充满水,排净空气,用试压装置缓慢升压,当压力升至试验压力后,稳压10min,管道无损坏、变形,再将试验压力降至设计压力,稳压30min,以压力不降、无渗漏为合格。

(二)管道的冲洗

1.冲洗要求

(1)管道试压合格后,需要用清水冲洗,冲洗合格后,不能再进行影响管内清洁的其它施工。

(2)地上管道在试压、冲洗合格后需要进行涂漆防腐。

2.检测方法:采用最大设计流量进行冲洗,水流速度不低于1.5m/s,以排出水色和透明度与入口水目测一致为合格。
