世界卫生组织把毒品定义为“某种化学药物,通过吸食或注射途径进入体内后,用药者

会不断增大用药量,一旦停药,则出现某种症状,长期使用将危及用药者健康,这种药物即毒品”。我国刑法中更明确规定:本法所称的毒品,是指鸦片、海洛因,甲基苯丙胺(冰毒)、吗啡、大麻、可卡因以及国家规定管制的其他能够使人形成瘾癖的麻醉品和精神药品”。
