(6)将自己生产的一批小型客车无偿赠送给本市的各个小学,作为学校校车。已知该批汽车的成本为100万元,税务机关核定的成本利润率为10%,。
已知:当代集团为增值税一般纳税人,小汽车适用的消费税税率为8%;小汽车适用的增值税税率为17%;4月1日增值税进项税额余额为10万元。

①随同运费支付的装卸费1万元、保险费1万元,其进项税额不应抵扣;由于该企业将本月外购钢材的40%用于装饰办公楼,其对应的进项税额及运费不应抵扣。
②外购的配件由于当期尚未验收入库,其进项税额34万元及运费不应在当期抵扣。
③从德国进口零部件,可以按海关完税凭证上注明的增值税税额[(100+ 20)×17%]抵扣。
④应以发出的货物核算销售额并计算销项税,虽然销售的大货车还没有发出,但是已经开出了增值税专用发票,故应当计算销项税额。
⑤以托收承付方式销售小轿车,货物已发出并办妥了托收手续,300万元的车价款和10万元的价外费用应计入当期的销项税额。
⑥将自己生产的小型客车无偿赠送给学校,视同销售行为,应计入当期的销项税额。
因此,当期的销项税额=234÷(1+17%)×17%+300×17%+10÷(1+ 17%)×17%+100×(1+10%)÷(1-8%)×17%=106.78(万元)
当期的进项税额=[17+(8+2)×7%]×(1-40%)+(100+20)×17%= 31.02(万元)
当期应缴纳的增值税额=106.78-31.02-10=65.76(万元)
(2)当期应纳消费税税额=234÷(1+17%)×8%+300×8%+10÷(1+ 17%)×8%+100×(1+10%)÷(1-8%)×8%=50.25(万元)
