参考答案:邮票是一种特殊的物品,同样一套邮票在不同领域就成了不同性质的物品。在通信领域,邮票是邮资凭证,寄邮件的人们购买邮票不是目的,它只是预付资费的一个标志;而在集邮领域,一旦邮票成为人们购买、交换的对象,邮票就变成了一种商品,一种特殊商品。首先,邮票是由国家(或地区)邮政主管部门统一设计、统一印制、统一发行的。其次,除了普通邮票外的绝大部分邮票只能一次性生产。再次,邮票是以面值作为价格来出售的,发行期内价格不变,发行期后可以调整(目前纪念、特种邮票发行期为六个月),而且随着发行时间、存世量、市场需求的变化,邮票的价格还会不断脱离面值。
