Spaghetti with cream mushroom sauce
Boil (煮沸) a pot of water and cook the spaghetti (忘大利面) in it for 20 minutes. Cut up the onions
and garlic. Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the onions and garlic for three minutes.
Add the mushrooms and cook for one minute.
Add the wine, cream and vegetable stock (汤). Cook them for ten minutes. Beat an egg, and add a
little water and pour it slowly into the pan. Stir (搅, 拌)for half a minute.
Add the beans and tomatoes and stir for two mihutes on a low heat (低火). Put the spaghetti on the
plates and pour the sauce over the top.
