阅读下文,完成1~4题。

  初看山看其形象,再看看其结构,又看看其神韵风采,不但用眼睛看,同时拉上思维想象一同看,把自然景观和人文景观结合起来看,认真咀嚼玩味,不难发现它不只是一堆石块,而是一篇有起承转合有平仄对仗的诗文,是一篇形象化的历史掌故,这样浮想联翩地看山读山①才会帮助画家从中捕捉到意想不到的境界进而编织出形神兼备的画面。

  同是游山,观点和收获不大一样。有人观赏山光水色,有人寻幽访古,有人拜佛求仙,各有所求;就拿画家来说,有夸云峰之奇的,有夸寺观之胜的,有夸碑碣之多的,也各有自己的审美追求。

  一座山有些名气,不一定就处处入画,不一定对所有画家都是好画。②画家应该有自己的眼力和情怀,有自己采撷风物的才能。体验生活旅行写生不是赶集,人多的去处,道路必然拥挤,艺术天地相对也就狭窄了。应该有点徐霞客的精神,依靠波音飞机奔驰汽车行路:只会在五星宾馆里喝咖啡的画家是不可能有大作为的。

  平日连报纸都不屑一看,肚子里一点诗文历史没有,行万里路又有何用。行路读书二者互相支持互相发挥,一如车之两轮,才会发生作用。纯自然景观而没有人文景观之补充的画就会大大失去作品的深度和魅力。

  试以游泰山为例来说,如果对它五岳之尊的地位、历代帝王封禅,以及一些有关佛、道教的掌故一事不如,你将如何观赏、理解、表现那十八盘、南天门、五松亭、经石峪……同样,不知道赵匡胤、陈抟故事而只见一个下棋亭,不知道寒江子江天一的悲壮遗事,而只见一个始信峰③,我很怀疑这样的画家,笔下除了简单模拟眼前的险峰、古松、云海……之外还会画出什么有重量有特点的画来。
