        ①相信很久以后,人们依然会记得——2008年北京残奥会开幕式上,最后一棒火炬手、坐在轮椅上的田径运动员侯斌,握一条垂直于地面的绳索向上攀爬,攀爬……当主火炬熊熊燃烧,美丽的圣火映亮夜空时,全场沸腾……这一刻,人们再次看到了坚强的力量。坚强,能够成就一个人生命的高度。

       ②残奥会赛场上,盲人运动员凭着听觉、触觉飞身救球;脑瘫运动员身躺推床奋力推举;肢残运动员迈开假腿大步飞奔……他们超越身体的局限,付出了超出常人的心血和汗水,他们的拼搏印证着他们的坚强不屈,向世人证明了残疾人同样可以拥有健全的人格和事业的成功,向世人展示出残疾人生命的价值和尊严。

       ③诚然,残疾人在身体机能上无法与健全人相比,但他们凭着不向命运低头的坚强不屈的精神,创造了许多奇迹。霍金在轮椅上成就了科学神话,海伦·凯勒在黑暗中寻求到心中的光明,邰丽华在无声的世界里舞出了优美的韵律……他们身上的坚强品质面对“残疾”无所畏惧的英雄气概,让他们超越了残疾,超越了自我,成就了生命的高度。

       ④其实,健全人同样也会遇到困难。古今中外许多的健全人在身处逆境时,凭着坚强的品质成就了生命的高度,他们的事例同样打动着我们:曹雪芹生活穷苦,举家食粥,仍能呕心沥血,终于著成了传世之作《红楼梦》;与丈夫一同进行科学探索的居里夫人遭受丧失的打击后,没有停上前进的脚步,而是独自继续前行,再度荣获诺贝尔奖;“2007陇人十大骄子”之一的张晓,4岁丧父,独自照顾瘫痪在床的母亲14年,用稚嫩的肩膀支撑起整个家庭。他们让我们明白一坚强与生命的关系:一个人的生命能承受多少苦难,他就有多么坚强,而他有多么坚强,他的生命就能达到多么高的高度。这就是坚强对生命的意义。

       ⑤这样说来,坚强的品质对所有人来说都是必要的。人的一生中难免会遇到一些挫折,或肉体的创伤,或精神的磨难,我们如果能以坚强的品质对挫折,努力奋斗,砥砺意志,就会在奋斗中掌握命运,在砥砺中升华境界。反之,倘若经不起风吹浪打,在困难中挫折面前[甲][乙]地败下阵来,甚至陷入了自暴自弃的泥潭而[丙],那么生命的价值将会大打折拓。
