材料:教育是民族振兴的基石,教育公平是社会公平的重要基础。近年来,教育公平问题已成为社会关注的热点。某校高三(1)班同学针对我国教育公平问题开展研究性学习活动。通过走访教育专家、政府主管教育的官员、学生家长后,同学们对教育公平问题有些不同看法:甲看法是:教育应当实现完全公平,目前高等教育费用应当由国家承担,使每一位受教育者不因为家庭经济水平不同而受到不公平待遇。乙看法是:目前国家财政还有困难,要想改善办学条件、发展教育事业,还必须从社会筹集一部分资金,因此实现教育公平是不可能的。
