解析：CT片上主动脉腔内见内膜片形成的线状低密度影以及真、假腔影。据此可诊断为主动脉夹层(DeBakeyⅠ型)。Stanford分型较为简单，A型累及升主动脉，相当于DeBakey分型的Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型，B型不累及升主动脉，相当于DeBakey分型的Ⅲ型。夹层分离突然发生时多数患者表现为典型的刀割样或撕裂样疼痛，向胸前及背部放射，随夹层累及范围而可以延至腹部、下肢及颈部。本病应与动脉瘤附壁血栓形成鉴别，血栓范围较小，管壁钙化位于管腔边缘，而夹层范围较大，且常见内膜内移，钙化位于管腔内。超声是简便易行的检查方法。
