小凡爸爸的观点是错误的。我国继承法规定,子女均为第一顺序继承人。小凡姑姑和小凡爸爸均为小凡爷爷的子女,他们均为第一顺序继承人。小凡姑姑平时也很关心孝敬老人,所以有权享有法律规定的继承权,但由于小凡爷爷和小凡爸爸共同生活,小凡爸爸尽到了主要的扶养义务,所以在分配遗产时可以给小凡爸爸多分一点。

     Did you know the story about Tom? It was a true story. Tom was an English boy, and he didn't like
