(1)材料一说明了我国技术工人整体素质不高,特别是高级技工紧缺。材料二反映的现象的原因有两个,一是就业观念上的障碍;二是职业技能上的障碍。(2)要解决我国的就业问题,政府要加强引导,完善市场就业机制,构建有利于劳动者成才的环境,调动劳动者的积极性和创造性;劳动者要转变就业观念,树立正确的择业观,要不断提高自己的职业技能与素质,增强再就业的竞争力,多渠道就业。
