三十年来,台湾文坛的风雨似乎不少,但在这片散文世界里,却有一种尘埃落定,水净沙明的气象,可以看作是台湾新散文成绩的一次检阅。台湾孤悬海外,新文学的土壤同样是“五四”,不过感受时地风水的折光,同中有异,异中有同。礼赞自然,剖析世态,缅归怀往,托物寄兴,友谊温煦,骨肉情亲,童年瞬息,记忆常新,这类传统的散文风格,萦洄流贯,一脉相承;但观察更为细密,视野更为开阔,抒忧发愤,更为深广,题材也有所拓展开掘。
