我完全同意刘总的工资调整意见,但在制订方案和具体操作上应注意以下问题:

1.核心岗位员工的评定和标准应本着对公司的战略发展和整体业务发展有利的方面制订。

2.工资体系不应仅考虑固定薪酬部分,应引入绩效工资、长期激励工资,通过规范的绩效考核结果来决定员工的“活”工资部分。

3.一般事务性岗位的员工在我公司的比例是15%,也代表了相当一部分员工。由于工资刚性的原因,直接降低其收入,负面影响不仅仅是流动问题,也会给其他岗位(非核心岗位)的员工以示范作用,不利于稳定。

4.目前在整体经济危机的背景下,我公司更应以人为本,保持一贯坚持的负责任的公司形象,可以通过引入绩效考核工资,使员工工资“动”起来,并在不额外增加公司成本的情况下,达到“奖优罚劣”的目的。
