     The cost of medical care in the USA is very high.The time and money that doctors spend on their

 medical education is probably one reason for this problem.

     A visit to a doctor's office costs from fifteen to fifty dollars. It is almost impossible for people to pay

 for the medical care they need. Many people in the USA think doctors are overpaid. Most doctors,

  however, disagree. They say that they are asked to study medicine for a long time. And the tuition

  (学费)  is so high that they have to borrow money from bank. Because the money must be repaid to

 the bank, young doctors need to make a lot of money from their work. So they charge people high

 prices for medical care.

     Therefore, it is impossible that the high cost of medical care in America is decreased, because of the

 high tuition. One way to lower cost would be to lower the medical school tuition.
