从小做时间的主人

      “时间”是人们生活中最熟悉的一个词。一天等于24小时,1440分,86400秒。 流行的一句名言是“时间就是生命”。怎样做时间的主人,而不浪费生命呢?这是一个既有趣又发人深省的问题。     

       我的父亲是一位高级工程技术人员,他的一生是勤奋的一生。他常常教育我们要“今日事,今日毕”。在他的[严厉、严格、严密]教育下,从孩提时代起,我就养成了今天能完成的事决不拖到明天的习惯。这种习惯使我很好地完成了自己的学习和工作任务。     

      从小学时代到如今,我总是不断地给自己规定进取目标——在一定的时间内 完成一定的指标。粗略地计算了一下,我自订的计划已达到2000个了。记得小学五年级时的一个假(jiǎ jià)期里,我对《数学—1000个难题》[依依不舍、了如指 掌、爱不释手],后三天时,还有200道题没解完。于是我关起门来加倍努力,睡(shuì suì)眠时间减少到最低的程度,终于按计划完成了运算。对一个孩子来说,这确实是一件不容易的事。现在觉得,一个人如果不能不断地给自己加压力, 往往就会放松对自己的要求,大好年华也会白白流逝。     

       人们常说好习惯是童年养成的。这句话是很有道理的。我工作和学习时,全神贯注高度集中精力的好习惯就是从小养成的。曾记得读小学时,有一次我正在解数学题,邻居家发生了一起未成灾的火警,当时人声喧哗,而我却丝毫没有觉察,直到被父亲拖出室外才知道。     

       过去的事已经不可挽回,但将来的事还来得及弥补。愿我们珍爱今天,从今天开始,争做时间的主人,把一生有限的时间和精力投入到无限的事业中去。
