南京交管首曝醉驾者

  扬子晚报11月6日报道 从今天开始,南京正式通过媒体曝光醉酒驾车者,首批公布的名单共有106人,都是在7月份被警方查获并实施拘留的。交管部门介绍,曝光还将不定期发布。有人提出醉驾者拘留后还要被曝光是不是过于严厉,交管部门认为,曝光可以使醉驾者得到震撼,以后不敢再有类似行为,同时给其他司机以警示。被曝光者感到“很震惊”,认为这会给他们的生活带来无法预计的影响。社会各界对此事反应不一,而交管则认为曝光不侵权。
